The Village of North Randall is seeking quotes for an audiovisual (AV) system to support video livestreaming in the Council Chambers. Please submit bids based on the following specifications.

Required Equipment

– 12 wireless, rechargeable microphones
– 2 PTZ 4K cameras with camera controllers
– 1 amplifier
– 1 presentation control switcher
– 1 touchscreen digital system controller
– 4 ceiling speakers
– 1 AV equipment rack

Installation Requirements

The existing podium microphone output must be integrated into the overall audio installation.

All electronics must be neatly and securely installed in a professional AV equipment rack located in the Caucus Room and connected to the Village’s livestreaming encoder.

Rack-mounted audio and video monitors must be installed to monitor the audio feed, camera video, and livestream from the equipment rack in the Caucus Room.

All cabling must be neatly installed, with permanent labels on both ends of each cable.
