Due to the outbreak of COVID-19 (The Corona Virus), the Village of North Randall is currently following minimal contact standards.

What this means:

All tickets must be paid via our online portal using this link. The Village will not be accepting in-person payments at this time. 

For all questions about traffic citations, registration blocks, summons to appear and warrant block letters, please leave a voice mail at (216) 518-3130 or email at court@northrandall.org, with your first and last name, ticket or case number, and phone number that you can best be reached at and we will return your call. All waivers can be paid until your court date or you can appear in court on at 6 pm on your court date.    Until further notice, a mask must be worn when entering the building.

Building permits must be downloaded and faxed or mailed. The Village will not be accepting in-person permits and forms at this time

Any documents from the Police including police reports can only be obtained by calling 216-663-1235.  Please leave a voicemail and include full name, phone number, address, and email address. Please also include any details, dates/times, and a list of all relevant parties and a report will be mailed or emailed to you.
