The Skyline is Changing!

If you hadn’t noticed already… the old hotel is gone! With demolition completed late spring we set our sights to new development.

From an interview with Mayor David Smith, “That section where the old hotel resided is going to maintain its zoning as retail. And the reason for that is because we want that to be the corridor to the Village of North Randall”. Discussions have taken place between the Village of North Randall and IRG (Industrial Realty Group), to determine the best direction for the recently cleared five acres of land.

The Mayor continued, “And so we’re hoping that IRG, who is the developer, will come to us very soon to give us their plans”.
